We sent our young son, who was 8 at the time for piano lessons at Samantha's Modern Music Studio. We were completely amazed that our son had learnt a song in his first lesson! And he continues to learn at a rapid rate!

It became clear to us that Samantha's method of teaching was superior in every way. And what's even more interesting is that she has developed this learning method over the years on her own.

Simply brilliant and I highly recommend her music studio for young right through to those who think they are too old to learn - you might be surprised!

As  young girl, I loved music and took up piano lessons. The formality and discipline I didn't enjoy at all, so I stopped! 

However, a few years ago I started lessons with Sam and have enjoyed every minute of it.

She teaches in  very novel manner, without putting any pressure on her students at all.

I very soon learned to play the tunes I love.

I thought it was a bit too late to start playing again, as I am now approaching 72 years of age, but it has been SUCH a satisfying, enjoyable and pressureless experience!

My daughter, who is now 13, started doing piano lessons with Sam since she was 6 years old.

Sam has been totally amazing during this time. She has allowed her to play music that she enjoys and relates to and if Sam didn't have the sheet music for a particular song, she would specifically write it for her. Sam's way of teaching has not only assured that our daughter has learnt a huge amount, but also that she has retained and grown a deep love for music. We are so thankful to Sam for nurturing this in our daughter.

Paige is 9 years old and started piano lessons with Sam in August 2019.

She has loved her time with Sam and goes skipping in happily on her own for her hour lesson every second Tuesday.

She is now able to play about 35 different pieces. Some of which she has mastered without the music in front of her.

She has also developed a love for music and plays songs that she enjoys and that she hears on the radio.
